Who we are
This website is operated by Ayma Furnishings Limited, trading as ScaleSys (company number 16215750, registered office Units 1 & 2 Central Street, Dewsbury, WF13 2LZ). What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a consultation we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range and any notes you add. When you book a meeting we also receive the date and time you chose. Our hosting provider records basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold your consultation, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and keep a record of our conversations. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business: Vercel (website hosting), monday.com (our customer records), Cal.com and Google Workspace (scheduling, email and video calls). These providers process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires (normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
